2 or more colors visible in patch/augmented?

Hi there,

how is the syntax for 2 or more gels in patch (for example in a S4). Is there just a space in between like "L126 R151"? I've tried ,/; in between but it always returns to the space in between and the second color does not show up in patch or augmented.

Can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks, C.

  • To have multiple gels in a frame, use a + or a space or an _ in-between.  Eg
    R60+R360+R132

    R26 R116

    L119_L253:

Currently, only the first gel is used to display a color chip here, in Magic Sheets and in Augment3d.

In Patch > Augment3d you can adjust a channel's Beam edge from 0 (fuzzy) to 50 (sharp) to 100 (fuzzy again).  Think of this like "running the barrel" of an ellipsoidal spot where 0 is "all the way in" and 100 is "all the way out".  You can use this to approximate the affect of your frost.
