Back faces of 3D model

Question

Hi all, 
 I am modeling the Moulin Rouge elephant for Augment purposes and running into difficulty. There is a screen capture below. 
 This elephant model piece started its life as a free CAD file from the internet -> vectorworks mesh -> collada file -> augmented 
 I know Augment doesn't show the back sides of faces on purpose, and I think that is what I am running into here. Can anyone offer me any advice?

 NickSolyom , I would recommend downloading Blender ( www.blender.org ) and importing your collada file there first and reexporting to see if it just fixes the normals for you automagically. If not, you can use Blender to correct the normals and export again as collada.
