Hi passa ,
Which version of Eos are you using?
last one, 3.0.2
are they working normally with you?
Hi, I am seeing some weirdness in 3.1.0 beta, but not in 3.0.2.
Could you please share the full version of software and the full version of the fixture library you are using in addition to the full model name of the fixture profile you are using?
eos 3.0.2 build6
lib 3.0.1.2
solahybeam 3000 high cri (53)
we have troubles too with solawash and shutters
Would you be willing to share a show file? Either posted here or you can PM me if you don't want to post it publicly.
ok, how do i PM you?
Either hover over my username and click "Send Private Message" or click the chat bubble in the upper right next to the lightning and bookmark symbols and choose new message.
This appears to be an issue with the fixture's physical data representation in the library. We are working on a fix for this, but unfortunately there is not a workaround at this time.
This has been resolved in Eos Fixture Library 3.0.2.11 and higher. Available for download here: https://www.etcconnect.com/Products/Consoles/Eos-Family/Eos-Ti/Software.aspx
thanks for your time, will be helpfull. will try the patch tonight.
hello, just so you know, i posted a new post in fixture request about solahy 3000, hadn't use them for a while, and i see i still have focus offset despite library update. i first updated the library in my show, didn't work, then i made a new file, patched 4 solahy, had same result, even with my my library up to date. i posted the esf3d file
If you ever have a few time to look at it, thanks
forgot to say issues are in the 3.1 version.
