Augment stopt working

Hi Jack, would you please post logs from your computer to this forum thread (Insert > Image/video/file) or email it to eos@etcconnect.com (and reference this thread's URL) so that we can have a look?  Retrieving or Saving Log Files from Eos Family Consoles - Electronic Theatre Controls Inc

After you save logs, you could try a Deep Clear from the Maintenance screen of Shell > Settings.  This will remove your showfile and Augment3d data, so make sure you have a saved copy of your showfile first.

Deep Clear made no difference.

Also there were no changes made to my system and I tried again in 3.0 and I can switch between files with no problem but 3.1 locks augment up.

Thank you for that.  I get the same lockup in 3.1 using the showfile in the logs, but if I deep clear, then Augment3d will start (though it takes ~20-30 seconds to fully load).   We are continuing to investigate.

Hello Sjaak , we have found the root cause of this issue, which may also prevent other parts of the Augment3d Scene from loading even on PC/Console.

We will work on getting this fixed for the next version; I will update when it's available for Beta for you to try out, if you like.
