Hey there
I have a revolving stage but when i rotate it, it is rotating about the 0 Point of the stage which is just behind the Iron Curtain and not around its own Axis. This happens in X Y Z.
Any Ideas how to sove this problem?
Thanks a lot

Is this an imported object? And are you rotating in the A3D editor or with a Scenic Element Movable?
Hi Ueli
It is an imported Object and it happens in the Editor and as movable scenic element.
for imported objects the origin is set when creating the object in the 3rd party software. when importing into A3D make sure to not alter it, there are settings in the import dialogue.
when using the A3D in edit mode and rotation an object, this origin is taken into account. but when using a Scenic Element Movable (SEM) you decide yourself where the object is located relative to the SEM coordinates. so if you move the nested object until the SEM is located in the center of the object, rotating the SEM will also rotate object correctly.
