How do I set up back face culling with the new MVR format?

In the past I would import my scenic model into blender and flip normals such that that my walls were culled from the outside, making them see through like the default stage model. I was following instructions from an etc article that heavily suggested using blender for that task.

Blender doesn’t seem to import MVR files though? I am not very familiar with modeling tools like that. Does anyone have a suggestion on the easiest way to make that happen?
