MVR import no fixture data

Did you map the devices?

Exactly same issue...
Trying to play with MVR import from Wysiwyg 2023, with not a great success.
Whatever options I try, I get proper locations for scenery, pipes and fixtures, but never the right devices! Only standard dimmers with S4 models in A3D.
Even going through Map Devices + Link Devices to actual ones (Robe T1 Mode 2), I always get dimmers instead.

If I just replace dimmers with T1 in Patch, everything gets fine !

It’s quite a simple plot with 4 pipes and 16 devices.
Any clue ?

But you do get correct location also for your dimmers?

If you send me logfiles, showfile and your MVR file to eos(dot)moderator(at)etcconnect(dot)com I can take a look.

Thank you for this. As I can successfully import the MVR including fixture mapping your logfiles would help to compare all settings.

Do you mean you get all Robe T1 in your show ?

I'm a bit confused. Redoing MVR import to send you EOS Show, it's now working !

I get all my T1 properly inserted into the patch. I'm afraid log file will not tell you something useful if it's now working...

Sorry about that. I did this conversion 10 times before it works.

BTW, is it possible that having Wyg running together with EOS, it could cause some trouble ?

I don't think so, but if you can reproduce the problem by having Wyg open, we'll certainly look into causes for that.
