Fixtures ROBE

Question

Hi all 
 The Robe fixtures are not well represented in augmented, there is no beam, no color and it is not realistic at all..
Does anyone know when this will be fixed? Thanks, best regards Dano

Thank you for your showfile. I can see it there as well. 
 When i tested it it was with library version 3.2.4.108, and indeed that seems to make a difference. Would you mind performing a library update?

We're not currently aware of Robe fixtures not showing any beam nor color. 
 What software version are you using? What Robe fixture's are you looking at? Can you share an Augment3d screenshot of one of those Robes?

Robe T1 Profile M2 and Mini-B Basic at Full with zoom 30&deg; 
 Can you check in Patch if your T1 fixture has an asterisk? This article talks a bit about that.
