Augment3d and the Element

Any Eos console that can run 3.x and higher can run Augment3d. In this case, you would need a windows 7 operating system in order to update. See below:

Thanks! Just to clarify, we definitely have the BCM motherboard running Windows XP. Does this mean we would not be able to update to 3.x? I don't think I've even attempted an update in the 2 1/2 years since I took over the theater space I'm in. TIA

That is correct. Unfortunately the terminal version for that console is v2.9.3.

Thank you! I kind of knew this, but never really checked it. I just looked at the release document for the 3.1 version and it is very clearly stated there. Just another argument for an upgrade at some point soon.
