Where i worl we have an old Element console and it has its limitations.
I would like to pre-design the show using Augment3D, since the console doesn´t have the capability can i use 2 diferente machines (Laptop -Console / Desktop - Augment3D)?
I tried and it doesn´t connect.
On log view it mentiones that it starts to connect, starts to copying files then it gives an error - "server failed to autenticate" and shuts down.
What can it be?
