Issue with import .MVR from Vectorworks - The screen in Augment3d is empty

Hello,

I imported a .mvr from Vectorworks 2024 sp3.

When I open Augment3d, the screen is empty. There is no fixtures, no 3d objects..

But in the edit columns I can see all the fixtures, it's very strange.

Is there a manipulation to turn it "on" ??

I was trying to restart my Mac, but nothing better. I'm running on Sonoma 14.3.1. EOS is updated last version of today.

Do you have an idea,

. and now I managed to create a Magic Sheet from Augment3d, but I still don't see anything in the Augment3d display

For the scenery: the import only adds the model temporarily to your library. If you want to keep it you have to drag it from the left side into the 3D world.

I just tried this but nothing.. I don’t see fixtures, and 3D models in the screen..

So you have the model called PLAN_Violence somewhere in the hierarchy on the right?

Can you send me the mvr file as well as the esf3d showfile to eos(dot)moderator(at)etcconnect(dot)com?
