Shutters not corresponding, augment versus live

Hi all,

For the first time I did a pre-production with augment. All went well until I loaded the showfile with the corrections from the venue back into augment and all the fixtures where I used shutters had a bigger zoom displayed and some shutters were off, even though the real world settings didn't change and the trim was set as accurate as possible. Anyone any idea what could be going on?
