Scenic Element Moveable attached to Mover

Hello! I was wondering if there was a way connect a SEM to a mover so the SEM will follow the mover. TIA!!

The two methods Augment3d has to connect movers and SEMs are: 
 
 nest a mover inside an SEM, this will move the position of the mover along with the SEM. 
 Define a focus palettes to always point at a SEM and apply that focus palette to the mover. This will make the mover always light the SEM. 
 
 What are you trying to achieve?
