A3D Relative Fixture Brightness

Running into a lot of problems actually seeing correct brightness of lights on stage. At light intensity of 100 and high beam intensity, some fixtures are just barely visible, whereas others are hurting my eyes. These are also completely different from real world brightness.

I know there was a past question from DMFK on this topic over 4 years ago. Has this ever gotten into an update or is there any workaround?
