OSC "track" button not recognizing double press properly.

/eos/key/track when double pressed should react like the track button on the face panel.

Currently it adds additional "track" words to the command line without throwing an error and without converting the "track" to "CueOnly"

While looking into this I did find that if i inserted a "trace" button press in-between track presses I cold spam the command line with track and trace.

Right now the "QueOnly" option is not available over OSC using the /eos/key/track button.
