Qlab with Etc ion using midi doesn't work for me

I'm using qlab as the midi trigger connected to tascam as audio interface midi out to midi input etc ion family.Tried to enable the msc rx in system setting.set the msc rx channel to 1. Furthermore my ion, there are no Local I/O in shell and under the show setting , there are only MSC Receive(which I enable it), MSC RX ID Set to Channel 1, MSC Cue list set to 1. But It doesn't work. Any other setting that I should look out fo

The Local I/O tab went away in v2.7.0 when the settings for that moved into the Setup menu inside of the program.

Is the TX ID on the sending device the same as the RX ID on the console?

The TX device in the Qlab is the same as my receive ID. Does it work for you by using MSC?

I am able to use MIDI on an Ion without issue over here.
This could be device hardware specific, or you could still have a settings issue.
To confirm- you are using the onboard MIDI ports on the Ion?

Have you tried another USB to MIDI adapter on the Qlab side of things?

In general, can ETC add a Midi-RTP driver to the EOS software, on Mac this is native.
