Hey guys,
I’ve recently invested in a nanokontrol 2 to act as my faders on eos. I’ve managed to connect and map the midi controller, however eos is either not responding or receiving OSC message from luminosus. I’ve ensured the IP addresses match and OSC RX and TX are enabled but can’t seem to get any response. I’ve followed the below tutorial to connect but to no avail.

do you have the nano connected to a computer that's running luminosus and nomad, or to a computer that runs luminosus and is in turn connected to a nomad computer or a console?
when you say "IP addresses match", you're saying that they're similar but different, ricght? what IPs and subnets do you use?
To continue on in my troubleshooting, I’ve set the mac to a closed network and tried sending OSC via q lab, to test that eos is receiving OSC and that’s seems to be working fine. So I think it maybe a problem with sending the data from luminosus to eos??
Any help is again greatly appreciated
can post screenshots from where you configure the OSC connection to eos and from the OSC page in eos showcontrol setup?
The mac is set up on a closed network and the IP address on Eos is matching, see below the OSC Settings both in shell and in show control.
Luminosus I'm entering > settings>Lighting Consoles> add Eos console. Im then entering the IP address from the macs network and it says the connection is ok However I'm getting no movement in faders on Eos as I am in Luminosus.
An IP address starting with 169.254 is always a sign that your computer was expecting to find a DHCP server but couldn't find one. That shouldn't be the problem in your car though.
In the Eos OSC setup the first step should be to remove the port number 3032 and enter 0 instead.
Okay, I’ve changed the port number zero and also tried the default IP that luminosus gives as 127.0.0.1
Neither of which seem to sending data to eos.
