Dropped OSC commands

Hi! I'm sending (or trying to) OSC commands from an EOS to a Disguise server. Only the current running cue number. Basically works and all is good, except that like 10% of the cues never make it to the Disguise server and then the correct cues are not fired. Using TCP at the moment. Does anyone have any experience, or even better a cure, for this?

Thanks in advance!

  • A few places to look -- first check Tab 99 and ensure that OSC logging is enabled. Also you can export your logs (Browser>Logs) then open the zip folder, and then OnyxConsole.txt document, and see if it shows the OSC string being sent in there. That should help confirm if the console is sending or trying to send the OSC command. If it's not in there, then double check that it's properly being triggered in EOS.
