I am working on some software that interfaces with EOS and I don't have a console handy all the time. So, I wrote this little mock server that you can checkout on github here.
I figured this may be helpful for some people, so I wanted to share. Currently, I only have ping and channel intensity messages implemented. I'm going to probably do cues next.
