Is showcontrol active when on pc / offline

Question

Hello, 
 I wanna know if the show control function are working on PC without any ETC material connected. 
 
 I'm trying to control submaster levels via some sACN inputs, the sACN visualiser show me that there is value on the sACN universe that I want to remote my subs, but nothing happens. 
 I wanna make some tests at home because I don't have access to a console with me, but I doesn't seems to work. 
 So do I miss something or is it just not active without any dongle or ETC material ?

In v3.1.0 - 3.2.3 (and 3.2.4 Beta), sACN Input is not active in Offline or Offline w/Viz mode. 
 v3.0.3 and lower, it seems to work. 
 OSC input does work in those modes if that would work for what you are trying to do. 
 I will make a note that it is not working in the current version, but have no timeline when it may get fixed.
