Is OSC TCP Packet Length Mode broken

This is working fine for me in v3.2.5 using OSCWidgets and other apps.

I found in TouchOSC a bug, the length encoding is not send. So I have to look deeper in my own application. Thank you.

I've been having good luck with the 1.1 implementation in TouchOSC.  Built a complex remote setup with ds/encoder layouts and ability to label targets from the app.  I haven't tried the packet length protocol because the slip protocol is working so well.

Slip works on TouchOSC I have also tested. I reported a bug to them. The problem is that length encoding is only an option for OSC 1.0, e.g grandMA3 use pure TCP without any encoding.
