Custom Ion LCD display image

Hey Friends, 
 
 I was recently looking at a performance space&rsquo;s technical supply when I saw an image that interested me. It showed an Ion with a custom image on its LCD display (Image below). Does anyone know how to change this? Would love to do something similar for my theater&rsquo;s Ion.

Pretty sure that's just photoshopped well. Neither the colors nor the resolution are quite right. And finally: That console is currently in Live mode and on the Color encoder page, there have to be color values on screen.
