Is there a way to retrieve an effect's bpm via OSC?

I've tried using /eos/get/fx/900/bpm to no avail. Maybe I have the wrong structure, I can find very little on bpm combing through the documentation.

No, there currently isn't. The information you can get is the reply to /eos/get/fx/900, and it doesn't include the BPM.
