Hi.
We are currently experiencing major issues when using our Response MIDI Gateway via the lighting network.
When connecting the Gateway to the network, it doesn't get discovered by the desk or Concert. The status led on the switch is off, indicating no network traffic.
Using EOS v3.3.4.21 and Gateway version v2.3.0.8 in a Multiconsole session.
This setup worked flawlessly for 3 weeks after updating the software and suddenly stopped working a few days ago. I tested the Network port on the switch and the PoE injector with a Response DMX gateway, which gets recognized correctly in Concert.

On the front screen of the Gateway, the IP shows as 0.0.0.0 even though in the setup it is 192.168.0.X, which is the same subnet as our lighting network). It did this before when it was still working. Same with TXid and RXid showing as "n".
I wrote a ticket to the ETC support, but i wont be able to troubleshoot this until the 5th, so I'm hoping for some advice in the meantime.
Are there any known issues that cause the midi gateway networking to stop working?
We are able to use it via USB with our desk right now, but I would really like to get this fixed.
