Merging Color/ Beam Palattes

Is there a way to Merge on top of existing Color Palattes. Say If we already have palattes for Movers but want to merge in Values from LEDs into those same Color Palattes. Instead of [Recall from] Color Palatte. Record CP X Enter Enter. Maybe a wish List Item for some record soft Key options. Merge- Overwrite- Replace-

you can update the palette with the LED information. set LED's at desired color and hit [select last] [update] [Color Pallete] x

That Would be great if when I hit update it would not kick the selection. I noticed it yesterday with record and update. Hit update and the selection gets knocked out. Though it might be something stupid the Board Op has set up. Or Its just late.

Update & Record losing the selection is the correct behaviour and you'd have more problems if it didn't. You'd have a lot of cue with very little information. Select Last is your friend!

If you have your CP with movers and want to add the LED's, make the changes to the LED's then [Select Last] [Record] [CP X ] and this will just merge in the LED's values.

Silly me... Update and Record work fine and you are right. Big fan of select last and recall from. The hardest working buttons on my console besides at at and Enter

Also keep in mind that any manual control action taken while update/record/record only are still on the command line will reselect your last channel set.
