Eos Family Lost color encoders

Lost color encoders

Hello,

I am using coloram scrollers and VL1000s. Yesterday the color page of the encoders stopped displaying any information for either type of unit. They responded to color palette info though and are still patched. Once the color encoder page returned briefly but then dissappeared again. I am running 1.2.1. Anybody have any advice?

Tim - other than this, is the touchscreen/display behaving properly? Can you/did you cycle power and bring the app back up?
If you still cannot get the controls back, please contact tech serve asap.
