Can I use the LINK feature to assign a macro to run with a specific cue?

If no, how would one go about doing such a thing?

To run a macro from a cue you use Execute (softkey) rather than Link.

Eg: [Cue] 1 {Execute}[Macro] 1 [Enter]

It will then appear as M1 in the Ext Links column
