iRFR Control issues

I've been working with the iRFR and its been great. Although I am now having problems with it.

I am able to connect to the lighting console Ion (1.9.11.9.0.12). The iRFR works but once we turn on our RVI
this is when the problem starts.

So I'm able to connect to the light board and to get to the Virtual RFR screen but none of the buttons are recognized. I've tried different devices with the iRFR an iPAD 2, iPhone 4 and an aRFR on another phone.

Am I missing something?

You said that you've had success with the iRFR. So, did this issue start when you did a software upgrade? Is the RVI new to the system?

You said you tried different devices - can we assume that none of those devices worked either?

When this happens, if the RVI functioning properly?

We can try a bit of e-troubleshooting, but then will probably recommend a call to tech support.
