I normally don't use DJ equipment on the ION, but these 4 Bar units got loaned to me and I strapped them to the base of a drum riser to try some stuff out. The profile in the ION doesn't allow for the 4 individual heads to be controlled individually, is that something that can be fixed if I create a new ML profile for this fixture? The DMX channeling is a bit odd:
Address 1: Preset effects
Address 2: Dimmer Control (intensity?)
Address 3: Strobe
Address 4-6: RGB Head 1
Address 7-9: RGB Head 2
Address 10-12: RGB Head 3
Address 13-15: RGB Head 4
If creating 4 separate units out of the single 4Bar, I'd probably lose the ability to strobe or run a song with the built-in sound effect.
