Several of my board operators are reporting that when they press the "Go" button on our 1.5 year old EOS that the button either does not react or takes two cues in quick succession.
Other than blowing out the dust bunnies is their maintenance we can perform? Cleaning contacts?
Is anyone else experiencing this? I can not get it to happen for me, the go button operates as it should. I do believe my crew when they say they are experiencing the issue. We are NOT rolling the intensity wheel or others while pressing the go button.
Suggestions?
We are running v1.9.9
