Elation Platinum Beam 5R Fixture Profile

Which version of software are you running? It looks like this fixture was added sometime around v1.9.8.

I suggest you upgrade your console to the latest release (1.9.12) which will also give you the most recent library fixtures. I am running 1.9.11 offline at the moment and I see Basic, Standard and Extended (16ch) modes for the Platinum Beam in the library.

Be sure to have a good read of the release notes and manual supplements. There have been many improvements since 1.8.

Also, make sure you register your details when requested at the software download page to get yourself the new keycap(s).
