As long as they have the hardware mode, as jrgoss mentions, this should work fine -- we haven't done any testing here.  As with previous generations of X-Keys, the hardware mode needs to be "self-contained" -- i.e., not require interaction with the MacroWorks software.

There isn't a way to make the jog and shuttle wheels act as encoders at this time.

I have the 24 key model and it's works fine.

Just for clarification, with this new generation of X-keys, Hardware Mode is supported by the MacroWorks 3.1 software.  You need to install MacroWorks 3.1 to program the devices.  After writing the programming to the X-keys memory, you can turn it off.
