CLI Control of Subs

Hey Eos team -

I recently discovered on an Ion running 1.9.12 that SUB (#) +% and SUB (#) -% on the command line return syntax errors... Is that a bug or a feature?

That syntax has just never been implemented for playback values. Could put on the list if useful.

I would definitely use it regularly if it were available, so my $.02 is in favor of OTL.
