Snapshot Difficulties on Ion 1.9.11

Not sure what you're seeing, but make sure you collapse the Monitor/Fader Wing button page before recording.  Use the gold down arrow to collapse.  

I think I've had this happen a couple of times.

It's best to record the snapshot anew.

So set the look:

[Record][Snapshot][1]

Select the tiles of which parameteres you would like to record

[Enter]

instead of updating the snapshot.
