OLE Mouse

Sometimes, the my mouse wheel Scrolls the Live screen, sometimes it Zooms. I can't figure out what's causing the difference. Can someone illuminate me so I can harness the power?

Yes, that's happening for me using the client software on my laptop with an extended desktop over 2 monitors. Near as I can figure it, if the mouse cursor is in the live (channel) display, the scroller wheel acts to zoom the display showing more or less channels, if the mouse cursor is in the other screen, then it scrolls through the channels. (or is it the other way round??). I wish that I could lock the zoom level once it's where I want it. It's somewhat frustrating at the moment but I'm sure as I gain more experience I'll look back and just sadly shake my head at myself.

Yes...that is exactly what is happening....
And as time goes on we will be adding zooming capability to other displays, and when that happens we will likely remove the page scrolling that the wheel does.
Sorry about the confusion, and thanks for the feedback. It is good to know that this is causing some difficulty for our users. It would be interesting to know any thoughts of better ways of handling these two functions with the mouse scroll wheel.
