Re seating ram for an Ion

I need the directions on how to open up an Ion console and reseat the RAM simm. I have had problems in the past with this and had to take it to a shop, they told me that I could do it myself and I have techs Sunday.

I have had this problem twice myself - how common is this issue?

I wish that, given the issue, the console were as easy to open as the HOG 2
