Universe 5 and the ION

When you say the Ion isn't recognizing universe 5, is it possible that you're over the output address limit of your console?  If you press the About button with nothing selected, it will tell you the number of addresses your console is authorized to output.

how do i edit the number authorized?

In the About menu, you will see how many of your allowed outputs (addresses) have been used (patched). If you need more outputs, contact your local dealer/distributor for help!
