v 1.3.0 is now available

Eos software version 1.3.0 is now available for download from the product pages.   Also, we are commencing shipment of Ion this week.  Any software released for Eos is also intended for Ion.  So....the Client Software Kit and Offline Editor for Eos support Ion as well.  In addition to Ion, 1.3 includes:

 Partitioned Control

Preheat

Selective Partial Show Read and Printing

Utilization Reports, including channels in use, Palette and Preset usage and a dark moves report

20 x 5 channel display

Deleted channels (differing from unpatched channels in that you cannot set a level for them)

Cue Cut (Using Timing Disable and Go or Stop/Back)

Channel Level Delete Functions

Patch Finding next available address using [Next]

[Move to] functions in Patch (double hit Copy To)

Cue Level FCB time defaults to Intensity Upfade Time

[Clear] and [Enter] (with or without channels selected) turns manual parameter data "unmanual" - not available for update or record only functions.

Please find the software under the product "download" section of the website.

There are no known forward compatibility issues between 1.2 and 1.3. However, once a showfile is saved in a 1.3 format, if you open that showfile on 1.2 software, some labeling and patch information will be lost.  This is caused by changes made to support various offshore languages.

Much thanks to our courageous beta testers for Eos Matt Cotter, Nick Simmons, Stuart Nelson and David Buffham and to our Ion beta sites, Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA and Edgewood College in Madison.

Thanks all.
