Hi

If someone can help me please:

I have a problem. When I create a new show and I ask «patch 1to1», it does not function at all. Why? It use to function before.

Second thing : even if my second monitor is on, the only information on that monitor is the CIA. The swap button does not fonction and I can not transfer the chanel display on that monitor and have the cue list on the other screen. I use to be able to do it so why can't I now?

    hi claire

    i don't know if you're using a recent version of the software on your desk. if so, then the desk doesn't have the old swap-functionality anymore. when downloading a new version from the website, you can order new key caps. you will have to replace the swap key with the new tab key.

    to move something from one screen to the other, press tab until the content you want to move has a golden frame around it, press and hold tab and use the arrow keys to move the screen content to the left or right.

    Hi Claire,

    As Ueli says, there was a change in software (quite some time ago now) which added Tabs to Ion. At this point the Swap key became Tab.

    There has been another change recently which replaced the Follow/Hang key with a Shift key. (Follow/Hang is now a softkey)

    If you have a Swap key I imagine you have the older style of keycaps which have a very flat look to them. You can get a complete new set of rounded keycaps free of charge, which will come with the Tab and Shift key. I suggest you go to the software downloads page here - http://www.etcconnect.com/product.software.signin.aspx?docID=23210&ID=20271

    Here you can download the very latest software - v1.9.12. As part of the download you will be asked if you have the new keycaps. Choose the full set and they will be sent out to you with a tool and instructions for fitting.

    The problem you are having with 1 to 1 patch was a software bug a couple of versions back, it has been fixed now so you'll be good to go when you have 1.9.12 installed.
