Patching a deleted Channel

Hi,

On last venue I delete a Channel from Patch. Now I try to patch a Dimmer on the deleted channel again and is not working. The console patch the DMX adress on the channel but it appears as not available (no square around the channel). I try to assing type of fixture, Interface, etc... but is always apearing as not available.

Do you know how can I solve that problem?

It sounds like you may possibly have partitioning turned on?

If you look at the top right of the CIA do you see Partition X? If you do, then it's likely that the channel you have deleted is no longer in the partition hence why you are able to patch it but it does not have a tombstone around it.

You can turn partitioning off in Show Setup or add this unit to the current partition.

Hi,

Yes, it was it the partition on. I just had to add the new channels to the partition and problem solved.
