EOS TIME of Day

My Time of day is generated via Paradigm. after resetting the correct time on the Paradigm , i have noticed that the Paradigm is LOSING two minutes a week. how can one fix this?

Howdy there.

We don't have any reported information on PACPs really losing time. Would you mind giving me a call in the office or shooting me an email so we can talk about your system and try to figure out what's going on for you?

My Ion, sans Paradigm, also looses time, though not quite that quickly.

I would call Tech Services and talk to someone as each site can have a different problem that has the same symptons.
