Ect Ion Channel Problem

I am trying to use my Ion and its being a little buggy.
I have two place to plug the board into (the booth and in front of the mezz to write cues) and when its in the booth the channels are working but once i take the board to the mezz all the channels seem to have added 500 to there location. i.e. channel 45 is now 545 and channel 25 is now 25. This messes up all of my subs and cues and if i change the patch it wont work for in the booth. Is there any button i may have pressed to make this happen. Any suggestions are welcome.

If it were off by 512 then I would guess that you might have plugged the DMX cable into the other DMX output port, there being 2 on the back of the console, one of which would default to 1-512, and the other to 513-1024. Being off by 500, I haven't got a clue about any button that might have been pressed.

I have seen systems where the ports were offset by 500 to make the math easier. Perhaps that is the cause.. maybe the DMX ports used in one of the locations is off. Without knowing more about the system, it's hard to say...

Are the channels off by 500 or are the addresses? Do you have a custom patch? Or is it 1-1 all the way through.
