Go to Cue 0.5

Currently if I am in cue 51 and want to jump to cue 0.5, I need to hit [Go to Cue] [0] [.] [5]. If I don't use "0" the syntax automatically ends up sending me to cue 51.5.

I've heard a rumor that there's a shortcut to get around this and use [Go to Cue] [.] [5]. I haven't been able to find anything in the manual nor the forums. Is this just a rumor or does this shortcut actually exist?

Thanks!

  • At some point there's no short cut around having to tell the console where you want to go.

If you have multiple point cues between 51 and 52 you'd have to type in which point you wanted to go to.

    Same with before Cue 1.

If you had multiple lists you might be able to type "Go To Cue, 1, /, Home, Enter", to get home in that list.  Not at a desk or OLE so can't try it.

You can also load the fader with "Cue, 0.5, Enter, Load (the load button on the master fader pair)". to setup 0.5 as the next cue to fade into.
