Desk lamp connector pin-out

Can anyone tell me what the pin-out and rated current of the LED desklamp connectors on an Eos are?

Thinking of looking at making some sort of strip-light arrangement for the desk using flexible LED strip in a length of aluminium channel ...

The desklight 3-pin XLR pinout for Congo Family and Eos Family is:

1: Do Not Connect (Either Chassis Ground or Not Connected)
2: 0v (dimming leg)
3: +12VDC

(I had thought this was in both the Eos and Congo manuals, but I'm having trouble finding it in the Eos one so maybe we missed it out by accident)

I'm not certain of the current rating on the Eos, however the Gio is rated at 1A (it's on the rear sticker)
