What version of Ion software are you using....
In general if you select the lights, hit the about button and select the lamp controls tab on the very right side of the CIA down at the bottom of the main screen you should be presented with a selection of lamp controls for that lamp type. If it supports reset it should be listed as a button in the CIA at that point.
select the reset and press the enter key to confirm.
