D60 strobe rate

I can only get one strobe rate from the GIO console for our Selador D60 fixtures. However, The I PAD app will provide variable strobe rates.

Have you tried using Shift and the Encoder??

How exactly should I know to use shift? Why can't just turning the encoder wheel do the job?
