Run Channel at percentage of progammed values

Does anyone know if it is possible to run one channel at a percentage of it's programmed value throughout an entire show? I need to cut back on the amount of haze I am pushing by 50% for a couple of shows only.

Put the channel on an inhibitive sub and run that sub at 50%. Delete the inhibitive sub when you don't need it any more.
