that's quite a hard thing to explain because it's a really general question...
turn around your syntax: object firsts, number afterwards, enter at the end. the general syntax is: object - action - target - enter. 5 at 50 Enter.
your presets are cues, but you don't to add them to the sequene, they are already in the sequence. our presets are referencable memories (like paettes) but can contain all parameter categories (IFCB)
and last but not least: go to etconnect.com - support - training-videos and download the teabreak tutorials. step by step explanations in 10minute-chunks.
and of course, if you come back with more specific questions: don't hesitate to ask here!

Thanks next question Recall on a Congo.. How do you do the same on a Ion?
i have no idea about the congo :D so tell me what recall does and i tell you how to do it on an ion. and just a wild guess: could it be, that the button "Recall From" does what you want?
Prob.. Recall on a congo resets the current cue.
you're in cue 5, make some changes, realize you don't want those changes, so you want the original 5 back? Sneak Enter ("un-manualize" values and return all channels to their background values) and if you want to be really sure, after the sneaking do GotoCue 5 Enter.
If you mean REFRESH? Then it is [Go To Cue][Enter].
You might want to take a look at the online tutorial options:
