Intensity vs Brightness

Whenever a "home made" fixture is created Hue, Sat, Intensity and Brightness are automatically added. Please explain the difference in Intensity and Brightness.

I am pretty sure Intensity is just that, the intensity of the fixture. In the cases of LEDs, this might be a Virtual Intensity parameter. Brightness, however, is a color specific parameter. If correlates with Hue and Saturation to describe the color you want the fixture to output. It is more the brightness of the color, than the brightness of the output.
