seeing values of discrete timings

How does one see the actual values for discrete timings?  As in, cue 1 has an overall cue timing of 5, but channels 1-5 have their own time of 10, and 11-20 have their own time of 0.5, and 1-5 and 11-20 have the little blue t beside them.  How can I show the designer the real value of the discrete timings, instead of just the fact that there are discrete timings?  After looking through the manual and forums I've tried various combinations of pressing, pressing and holding or pressing together the time, data, or flexi keys, both in the general cue or with discrete channels selected in live and blind, but no joy.  Perhaps this is a case where part cues are better?  Many thanks for all information!
